Returns & Exchanges

At FOCO, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your fan gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most officially licensed products in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized items and final sale collectibles are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return or exchange and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the printed return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
